Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the city, it offers ample parking with a step driveway for 2 cars and an enclosed garage for 1 car. Step into an open living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of exploring Raleigh. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including BBQ utensils for grilling on the outdoor BBQ. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table, or gather around the gas-burning fire pit on the balcony for cozy evenings under the stars. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with direct access to the balcony and fire pit area. Another bedroom upstairs offers a comfortable full bed, ideal for additional guests or family. On the lower level, you’ll find a second full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and a large closet. A fourth room serves as a functional workspace with a desk, making it ideal for remote workers. It also includes a washer and dryer, providing added convenience for longer stays. Enjoy direct access to the garage on one side and to the fully fenced backyard from the office. We warmly welcome your furry friends! There is a fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home to avoid noise complaints. Extra pet fees plus tax will be added through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly inform us if you’re traveling with a pet.
