further. The last time it happened when I was not home and the water was dirty and got on the floors. There was no further damage done since the floors were already badly damaged. In fact my $500 carpet was ruined after the last time this happened. The tub would clog up for weeks at a time no matter how much drain was used. The last time dirty water actually came out of the drain. All other drains had the same issue. So when it was time to get my deposit back I was told I would have to actually PAY THEM money and would not get my $3000 deposit back. They also accused me of leaving “debris” in the apartment although I paid $250 to clean the entire place. The only thing left was a small trash can that was there before I moved in. So here I am being told I owe them money even the water came out of the spigot while I wasn’t even home. I have to pay them for floors that were already damaged and now my emails are being ignored. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS CONDO OR ANY OTHER BUILDINGS BY THESE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU RO FIX DAMAGE THAT EXISTED BEFORE YOU MOVED IN. Worst renting experience EVER.
