They are charging me a months rent after my move out date because I did not give 30 days notice. Roaches were not an issue when I signed the lease and I certainly would not have signed it if I had known roaches were living in the walls and had easy access into my apartment. On top of charging me rent for a month that I won't even be living there, they are making me go to another apartment building 30 minutes away to drop off my keys and are not scheduling a final inspection of my apartment before I vacate. Bottom line- do not live at 215 C St SE unless you are comfortable living with roaches.
