If these policies are violated and odors that contaminate fabrics and furnishings persist after the guest’s departure, requiring professional removal, the cost of such services, including the use of ozonators and comprehensive cleaning of all fabrics and items in the unit, will be borne by the renter. .• No Pets Allowed: Due to severe allergies of long-term guests, no animals are allowed inside any studio or apartment. Outside horses, lambs, chickens, and ponies are accepted. Beware you CAN NOT have guests who visit and bring animals...
