October 7, 2018The laundry washer makes your clothes smell worse after you use them. The electricity constantly goes out and the appliances are old. Depending on whether you talk to the husband or the wife of the landlord team, you may get help with requests or not. Moved out.Reseña de Apartments.com

June 4, 2018The appliances are old, the building is old, and there are bugs in the building. Granted they have exterminators, but it is annoying. The price is good, but only if you consider that the fact that there is no amenities like a gym and the area is only okay.Reseña de Apartments.com
Small but Homey
September 22, 2015I just moved into this apartment and already love it. Some of the appliances are a little old (as is the building) but the owners are super friendly and willing to help with anything you need. The building is pretty quiet and has its own parking lot so it's perfect for people who want to live close to the city but not worry about the hustle and bustle. Clean, simple, and affordable
July 21, 2015Foxhall Terrace may look like an old brutalist building from the 1950s, but don't judge a book by its cover! The apartments are quite clean and spacious, and very affordable for the D.C. area. Plus, the apartment is situated directly on a bus route that will take you straight into the heart of the city. There is also a free parking lot if you'd rather own a car. The landlord is both personable and timely with repair requests. Be warned that there is not an elevator, so you will have to deal with ...stairs. But there are only three stories, so it's definitely not a day-to-day problem.
