it's close to Moody street which has a lot of entertaining bars and all kinds of restaurants from, Tapas, Indian, American, Sushi, Chinese,Mexican,great sub shops etc.. I am a 5 min walk from nail places/ barber shops, restaurants,banks,Market basket(3 min drive)and about a 5-10 min drive away from a few gyms. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because during the summers it gets a little hot since the apt. doesn't have central AC. The AC is located on the wall under window and it looks to be somewhat dated. Overall, very conveniently located and rent is 1,400 a month which includes: heat, hot water and most importantly a parking space in the lot located in the back of the building. Also, the landlord's office is located on the same street so if issues do appear I found that they respond fairly quickly, if not that same day:).
