The house has a sweet shared front porch, backyard with grill and hammock, house-wide humidifier that works with the heating (it gets dry in Colorado!), and shared onsite laundry in the basement. There's also a huge vegetable garden in the front yard if you'd like to participate during the growing season (not necessary, of course) and a gorgeous Siberian forest cat that lives with the downstairs tenants. The location of this apartment is the *best* in Boulder. You can walk to the mountains and the popular Sanitas Trail just a few blocks to the west, walk to downtown Boulder and the Pearl Street Mall just a few blocks to the south, and walk to North Boulder Park and groceries/more restaurants a few blocks to the north!
