Most units have a unique oven set-up, in which the oven is above the dishwasher/range rather than below (which can make getting food out of the oven a chore.) Overall, a good, affordable place to live in the Courthouse/Rosslyn area of Arlington.

room (a small room off the main room and one of the closets and bathroom are off the dressing room.) This makes the apartment feel more like a one bedroom because there is the privacy of the dressing room. The kitchen is separate and pretty big for a studio! Dishwasher, stove, and microwave! Plus there is plenty of room for a kitchen table and chairs. My favorite part of the apartment is the windows! There are three in the main room, on in the kitchen, and on in the bathroom. And they look out on the beautiful woods in the back! It's wonderful and private. Laundry is communal in the next building over. I can hear the road a little from my apartment but that doesn't bother me. My biggest company would be that the A/C unit in my apartment is very old and a bit noisy. But I can live with that. Overall a wonderful place to live. (Almost forgot it's a beautiful 5-10 minute walk form courthouse metro!). And you can walk to so many other places!
