April 12, 2016The property manager is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever met in my life being in the job occupation she has. People were coming in to do maintenance work she barged into my apartment with me half-dressed refuse to let me get dressed and refused to let me lock my cat's up so they don't run out ...she was leaving the door wide open when I kept telling her to shut the door she kept yelling at me and then claiming I was the one harassing her. I let her know that I was recording her ...walking around my apartment while the men were doing the work and in the recording she did get in my face, she was calling me names and making fun of me . I was telling her she was very unprofessional for doing that and she could not do her job ,she threatened to get me evicted and spread it out threats saying "you better be careful!"...whatever that meant, I don't know what for, but if she tries that I guess I will have to fight it because it says nothing in the lease about having a disagreement with the staff and telling them that you want to make sure you are dressed properly and have your pets secure before they just barge in your apartment and refuse to give you at least five minutes to get ready. She was making fun of me and judging me the whole time that the men were doing their jobs that is why I recorded it all. Unfortunately I have to stay here for now but as soon as I can I will move out I will visit the Better Business Bureau and put a complaint in about her. all of the reviews about the staff here are a hundred percent correct, the staff here are very rude. the only staff member that was ever very very nice to me and professional was a girl named Robin and she does not work here anymore and I can see why because she was the only nice one that worked here all of the rest of the women that work here are very judgemental, they give you attitudes, they judge you for asking questions just because you need to ask a question about something.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Lies and fees when you move out
October 28, 2015I lived in two different apartments with Waterford. First a one bedroom with a two car garage then a 2 bedroom townhouset with two car garage. Each time I moved, they charged me a fee of $50 for administrative purposes which my attorney told them is illegal. They use junk carpet that splits and frays easily. My living room was large and the carpet had to be spliced together. They didn't do a good job and the carpet came apart and because the carpet was also cheap burbur carpet, as soon as I ...vacuumed the area, the carpet came apart. Fast forward 2 years and I was moving out. I told the inspector about it, he looked at it, and said they know that happens, it's normal and I won't be getting a bill for it. Fast forward 3 months and I receive a bill of about $1200 so they took my whole deposit and demanded more mone . The property manager, Pat, is a horrible person and will never talk respectfully to anyone. She's always quick to tell you that the customer is never right and that she can do no wrong. Don't move in her . Don't let a loved one move in here. Don't even let your enemies move here. I could go on and on about how overpriced these places are. Apartment in Great area, outside city
September 12, 2015The location of the apartments is great. Not far from the city, but far enough so there's not much light pollution. Great starry nights! Main road apartments are on take you straight into shopping areas. They have a variety of floor plans, some with W/D hookups. Onsite laundromats for those apartments that does not have hookups. Beware of Lease lies
July 30, 2015Beware, When your first year lease is up you must sign another year or pay additional 300 per month for a month to month lease. This is not stated on lease or told to you. The manager is a horrible person. I have seen first hand how she treats people on several occasions. The owner needs to seriously look at this.
