Good Afternoon, The same owners have owned Field Terrace for many, many years. Before new resident(s) move in, we always pretreat each apartment to keep out any unwanted bugs. Should a resident see anything at all (ants, spiders, etc.), we have always called out pest control FREE of charge for the resident. We have a professional cleaning crew clean the hallways and laundry rooms on every floor every single weekend. We are extremely busy throughout the day however, as long as you leave a voicemail (if you are not able to reach the property manager immediately), we return phone calls within 24-48 hours. She also responds to emails and text messages. If we notice a car in the parking lot that hasn't moved in several days, has a flat tire, or expired plates, etc., we ticket the car and give them a few days to have the problem corrected before it is towed. She also responds to emails and text messages. We most definitely always run a background check on each applicant and do not approve felons. I personally am outside every day picking up trash.
