They threatened to tow my 2nd car that I don't drive anymore because the registration was a month behind. I had it parked in my parking spot, but they said against the rules... Yet I see trailers parked in parking spots without any license plates. Summary: The price went up and the state of the complex went down. Might be cheaper to rent a house. Other apartments within a mile are cheaper with the same or more sq ft per price. Even without the listed cons I have to give pause onto whether or not I am going to restore my lease with this price hike.
