This is my second time living in these apartments - it wasn't so great about 4 or 5 years ago, but when I was looking for a new place a couple months ago I was surprised to see "Oak Grove Courts" with this entirely new look, so I thought I'd check it out because I really liked the location. I was pleased to see all the positive changes, I could tell he staff has worked hard to turn this place around.

Been here one year. Watched the property completely transform during that time. Wish I had before pictures, I didn't realize how much better it was going to look, and how much better I would feel living here.

I’m usually not the one to really write a review but I have been living here for about 6 months and really love it here. The staff especially is super nice and understanding. If I ever have any issues, maintenance is here within an hour which I really appreciate. The apartment itself is very clean and very homey. If you’re looking for a nice apartment at a nice price I highly recommend these apartments.

Staff is Amazing!

Staff is great - our door all of a sudden stopped shutting properly, I called expecting them to get to it hopefully the next day, but expecting 2 or 3 days - but they sent their maintenance guy over within 30 minutes, and he had it fixed within an hour. I was so impressed, I had to write a review!

Great Neighbourhood & Friendly staff

I like that the neighborhood is basically at the end of the road, there's no through traffic and it's fairly quiet and peaceful. Everyone's generally friendly and the staff really seems to try to do their best to make it a good place to live.

Improving my rating to 5-stars - we used to have leaks on the inside walls of our bedroom, and patches / roof repairs only lasted a month or two. Now that the roofs have been replaced, we don't really have any maintenance issues.

When I first came to see Marie about an apartment around 8 months ago, some teenagers in a car drove in with loud music, Marie dropped the conversation with me and went straight to their car and scolded them about being too loud and that it wasn't allowed in the neighborhood - the kids were shocked, but turned down their music and then drove away - hilarious! Marie came back and apologized to me, but I was just laughing too much! That sold me right then and there, this was the right place for ...
