avoid it!!!!
August 31, 2022The management and leasing office do not respond in a timely manner (if ever), which leaves issues to be unresolved, they say to come into the office however as someone who works a full time job their office hours do not permit access. The office hours on google do not match up with the office hours on their site, so don't fall for it. On the weekends they don't have any management on site that can truly troubleshoot any issues, so to get anything dealt with you HAVE to go in during the week. I ...missed work hours just to speak with them. Maintenance orders are never responded to sooner than two weeks. Our AC was out for MONTHS at the start of the summer and the apartment was sitting between 86-95 degrees. We had to stop the maintenance man outside to get him to come look at the problem. We currently have a bathroom with a sinking ceiling that is likely from a leak from the upstairs apartment and yet NO ONE has come to resolve this. I can guarantee no one will show until it's fully collapsed. More importantly at the beginning of our lease all my payments were made through a resident portal. A payment was lost due to IT issues from said portal and I didn't receive any notice of this until the very end of the month. When I was notified payment was made with a money order. The money order was then LOST by them and I have been disputing this issue for months , with no resolution. Plus for the price they are charging it is not worth it, mold, unlevel floors/counters/, broken backdoor screens, trash, windows with dollar store blinds and no screens. Not to mention the fact that this place does not feel safe at all. I've come home to find maintenance in my apartment without my knowledge with no point of contact to let me know that they had to enter. Which leaves a single woman living alone to feel VERY uneasy. I went to the laundry room and there were two people in there strung out on drugs, I have no idea how they got in there since there is an access code. They looked as if they were camping out in the laundry room. This place is horrendously run, and even with the new management I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. Not worth the money
June 5, 2020This place is a joke. I loved it when I first moved here because it is quite and no one really bothers you. However, when I first moved in 2 years ago, the vacuum in the "car care center" didn't work. Low and behold, it still doesn't. One of the charcoal grills broke a year ago and hasn't been replaced. There is a gas grill at the pool but you can't use it unless the pool is open. Other apartments keep the pool deck open for access to this, but nope, not here. We were without air for a week in ...August. Took so long because they had to special order the part bc the unit was 20 years old. If you like simple living, this place is ok, but has no freaking amenities. Trees are down all over the place and the grass is super long. The dog park is a joke. The upgraded apartments are also a joke. Cabinets were painted crappy instead of replaced and are drooping. The painters are HORRIBLE and there are paint splatters everywhere. Honestly I'm not sure my apartment was painted before I moved in bc there was so much crap on the walls. They need a REAL remodel, not just some paint and new floors. Other apartments in the area are comparable in price but so much nicer. There is no gym here, we have one gas grill we can never use bc it's at the pool, one charcoal grill as others broke and were never replaced. Car care center is a joke.
