January 8, 2021I have had the best experience with Margaret it started yesterday when I was making my appointment to see the apartment and then today to fill out the application. Awesome people Beautiful community
October 10, 2017I was there yesterday, to tour the community the manager was super nice and immediately took us to tour the apt, the apt is amazing we were shopping around and had a few more places to see while in town, but the treatment was so amazing we just took a few minutes outside and BOOM!!!!!!!!!! we made the decision that this is where we want to live. Best experience with a apt community
August 31, 2017I have been reading the reviews here and I really do not understand why the bad reviews, this has been the best experience I've had with an apt community, from the first visit to the move in. The manager is awesome very professional and understanding of what my needs were, the move in process was smooth and the apt is amazing, just as she promised, the community is clean and quite, no hanging out or loud people or music. excelente lugar para vivir
August 25, 2017En realidad la experiencia ha sido maravillosa, La Sra, Marie es una excelente administradora, yo le contacte porque necesitaba un apartamento con urgencia y ella me dijo que viniera a la oficina, el proceso fue rapido aplique un lunes y ya para el miercoles me habia mudado El apt es bello confortable y muy bien mantenido, mi esposa esta feliz. La comunidad es muy limpia y la pisina espectacular. Los vecinos son muy amable. Recomiendo esta comunidad, por cierto un amigo que vive aqui me la ...recomendo y el esta en lo cierto, me encanta vivir aqui. LOVE,LOVE MY NEW PLACE
July 10, 2017Love the new apartment, it is absolutely beautiful, just like they promised, the move in process was amazing, coming from out of town manager was super helpful and understanding, I truly see myself living here for a long time, nice clean gated community, like the fact that is pet and family friendly, the pool is amazing and the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. July 27, 2016The people in the office must never work because for the past three days I have been trying to get ahold of them and I either get hung up on or they're not in the office at all. I love Wendover!
February 29, 2016I recently moved in about 2 months ago, and I have to say that this place is amazing. To be so close to Plaza Midwood and South Park and literally minutes from Uptown, the price is unbeatable. My apartment has stainless steel appliances, 2 story ceilings, wood floors, and granite! I would be paying an arm and a leg for this if I went anywhere else. Marie was so helpful when I was signing my lease, my busy work scheduled prevented me from getting in there at a good time, but she went the extra ...mile to help me. While I was in the leasing office, the Corporate team was there, and they really made me feel welcome by introducing themselves and making me feel like this was already my home. Poor Management
February 9, 2016First moving in I loved the complex everything was perfect. Great price and I loved the renovations. At the time Julie was in the office and she was so nice, only negative was the apartment wasn't ready on my move in date. But within a month we had so many issues with the apartment and with the new leasing consultant Marie she wasn't much help at all. Marie never answered the phone I would always have to go to the office and she would always be on the phone. If she did answer she would hang up ...the phone. Never opening the gate so people could come in. Nobody wanted to help not even the property management company. Customer service is not here in the community and with better management this would be a great place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Spacious 2 bedroom
August 2, 2015This is a large apartment for the city with 2 full size bathrooms and closets you could fit a bed in. Very cheap rates for the size and location! Walking distance to multiple parks and very dog friendly. Only downsides are that the complex does not have a pool and is not as well maintained as it could be.Reseña de Apartments.com
