Worst experience ever
December 6, 2024This is so sad that i have to live here for 5 months more,I'm pregnant and i don't know what I'm gonna do when my baby's born,heater doesn't work we can't sleep every time I ask for maintenance they came and do nothing,when you try to call them they don't answer,they clocked the the door on my father face,and I always pay rent in time,every night i sleep with fever because of the cold,so if you wanted to move in those apartments don't you gonna regret itReseña de Apartments.com
Basement Apartments Flood like crazy when it rains every time it rains!

Not the best place to liveb
February 15, 2020It not the best place to live there nice apt but we're put together with cheap material and thing break very easy. The bought cheap closet doors which don't stay on track and no matter if you fix it going break again who get has to fix it but maintenance. Which they are back in forth to the same apt bc of cheap material. Roaches and bed bugs

FAMILY FRIENDLY

They always want to help families, I am a single mother of 3 and during the summer time I didn't have to make breakfast or lunch for the kids because they provided it for my kids. September 16, 2019Despite the bad reviews I have loved my stay at Westhaven Apartments. Maintenance is very friendly, professional & quick with getting requests taken care of. The office staff is friendly & very helpful with anything you may need or any questions you may have. Overall it's a great place in a nice area!! I Would recommend these apartments to anyone. HELPFUL
September 16, 2019Looking for a place hasn't been easy for me, I've looked at over 10 different places before I came into Westhaven Apartments. I'm very picky and the littlest things make me not like a place. But after coming into Westhaven I've viewed the pictures online and I loved how the apartments looked decide on giving it a try. I loved how new everything was and how spacious the rooms were. The office staff were very helpful on the whole process of moving me in. Before I knew it I moved in. I can not ...explain how grateful I am on finding these apartments. I've been here for about 3 months now and I don't have one complaint. Their always on top of everything I address to them. Khadijah
September 15, 2019If I could give a zero I would, Khadijah is the rudest landlord I ever had, she alway seems lost and mad about her job. Like quit the job if your not going to smile and be friendly to the tenants. They have people that don’t how to fix stuff come in to try to fix things for you. My shower has been leaking since we moved in, they put tape over it?. The price is not worth what you get.
