August 30, 2015You get what you pay for here. The apartments could definitely use an upgrade...or at least something newer than the currently dingy, stained carpets and stained, peeling countertops. The laminate floors are well past their prime as well. When I moved in, it was obvious the apartment hadn't been cleaned...it was gross! The pool that is footsteps from my front door doesn't look like it has been open in years, though there is a pool available for use in the adjoining apartment neighborhood owned by ...the same company. That's about the only amenity you will find here. However, I will say that apartment is a decent size and I've never had an issue with the AC/heat or any of the appliances. The only issue I've ever needed maintenance to come for is to change out the overhead light in the kitchen and they came right away.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
