Absolutely awful
February 4, 2021Horrible neighborhood. There had been a few times where I had walked out of my residence to find that the road right outside the apartment would be blocked due to shootings. Walls are extremely thin. Heard a constant stomping and banging from upstairs neighbors. Could hear consistent fighting through the walls. Horrible mice problem. Mice would be everywhere in the laundry room. Way overpriced for the rent compared to your living conditions. They will do whatever possible to screw you out of your ...deposit and try to give you any additional charge possible. Staff is unknowledgeable, rude, and often no help with anything. Worst living experience I’ve ever had. The studio had no microwave or dishwasher. Cabinets were made of cheap plywood like material. Bathroom ceiling had leaking from upstairs neighbors. Hallways always reeked of marijuana. This place should sell to a different management company and completely start over.
