October 12, 2015let's start with the pros; apartment are affordable compared to other places, maintenance is always available, noise level is not that bad, the lake offers a good view, ample parking for renters and guest, mailbox is secure, the cons; had a bedbug infestation that management refused to even acknowledge, they rather offered to bill the fee to my rent, flies are your co- tenants, be prepared to see a swam of them especially during warmer temperatures and when you cook, neighborhood can be unsafe ...for children, there are cops always arresting someone, mouse and spiders everywhere, heat is universal so you are unable to control the temperatureRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
