I recommend you make friends with people who have WORKING air conditioning so you can stay at their place when this happens. Or save up for a hotel. 5. The outside stairwell is pitch black when it’s dark outside. When leaving our apartment and walking down the stairs we literally must stop and feel our way down one foot at time because we can’t see. I’ve put in a a request for them to replace the light bulb and it’s been in place for going on 3 weeks. But they have done nothing.

Mosquitoes are EVERYWHERE here so if you don't want the virus or your dogs getting heart worms don't move here!!! Mosquito Tree Haven should be the name. Don't move to this rude/mold/ bugged out apt. Oh and parking good luck... ONE assigned covered parking per apartment even if you live in a 2-3 bdrm. Can't wait to move out and plan to tell everyone I know to avoid Alamo Heights Apt. The only good the about these apartments is Alamo Heights!
