October 29, 2025I really do love this property — it’s beautiful, well-maintained, and in an amazing location, which is why I chose to stay and transfer units rather than move elsewhere. The only downside has been some difficulties with the leasing and transfer process, which made the experience more stressful than expected. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
May 18, 2025New management is awful!! We have complained about the pool, garbage, none nonstop. Another day, I saw cockroaches by the stairs. Garbage is out 7 days a week.Sadly, new management does not care at all. We pay for valet that is taken right outside where we pass by daily.Property Manager Responded

What a mess!
