September 26, 2024Decent location and nice buildings. The only thing are the residents . They are often disrespectful of amenities which leads the amenities to close . They also do not pick up after their dogs and just have no consideration for other residents. I’ve had packages stolen from them as well. August 29, 2024This place was super nice when it was first built. It has gone downhill soooo fast. People are out of control not following the lease agreement/policies and no one is doing anything about it. People’s cars are getting stolen. Dog poop everywhere. Pool gets closed down allll the time. It’s like their shiny toy, they can just take away whenever they want instead of doing something about the incidents that are causing to get it shut down. The people in the office live in the apartment complex so by ...them turning the blind eye like they don’t know what’s going on is crazy. The maintenance guys is awesome! Very respectful.
