Best Student Living!
November 12, 2024I have been a resident at Aspire San Marcos for two years. In the two years, I have really enjoyed my time here! I’ve made so many friends from the pool, the elevators with My dog, and the penthouse lounge. The apartment is super safe with locks basically on every entrance to the apartment and the elevator floor locks! If you’re looking for a safe place to call home, this is the property. The structure of the apartment is very solid so hearing your neighbors has been quite minimum for Me. The ...staff here at Aspire is quite amazing! I love management, maintenance, and especially Jackson down in the front office! Jackson is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable for all questions and concerns that I have. My dog has a huge affinity for Jackson as well as Jackson treats my dogs just like his own with lots of pets when we pass by the office. Aspire truly knows how to make your home away from home feel very welcoming and comfortable. Thank you so much to all that makes Aspire the amazing property that it is!Property Manager Responded

April 24, 2022I recently signed my lease and was blown away by how welcoming and friendly the Aspire team are. Kendall walked me through the complex, while giving important information I may want to consider. The property was gorgeous and the amenities were great!!! I definitely knew I wanted to sign my lease and Kendall was able to make the process easy and fun. Also, she was able to help me through the roommate matching process and gave recommendations to where I should stay. December 16, 2021Kendall and all of the front desk staff were extremely helpful and so kind when I needed a lease last minute. Kendall was willing to spend her afternoon helping me find the perfect place for me and my roommates. I have been blown away by how great Aspire and it’s staff are. November 24, 20215 stars always!! Kendall thankfully saved my roommate and i from our lease at another apartment complex. We only had 3 days to find a place to live for the fall and spring semester & Kendall helped us find a space at aspire within the afternoon of reaching out to her.
