August 2, 2024I rented a renovated unit; unfortunately, on the first day of living, I discovered that it doesn’t have hot water for showering, the stove doesn’t work well, a dirty kitchen ceiling, a refrigerator that did not close properly, which caused food to spoil in the freezer, a toilet seat that moved a little bit from its place, bathroom walls that were not completely painted, and the bathroom with some walls that were not painted in a uniform color. After living in an apartment for more than sixty ...days, the nice technicians fixed most of the things. But there were still problems with the refrigerator; the kitchen ceiling only covered some dirt, used a type of colored spray, and not painted the entire ceiling. The results are that each part is a different color than the others, which is not nice, and the bathroom walls still need paint touch. but The property manager said everything is fixed, but unfortunately it’s not.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
