December 20, 2022My experience has not been a pleasant one I have had a rodent problem since i moved in that has never been taken care of for one! And the building is not a very safe environment for families because we have homeless people living in the lobby doing drugs in the stairwell, and unauthorized pets using the bathroom everywhere elevator included!! The only good thing Brent Place has is all utilities are included!Property Manager Responded

March 31, 2022Not a great place to live especially to raise children. If you dont care about safety, roaches and mice this is the place. Fire alarm goes off every week. Very nosey neighbors. Moved in a new unit and closet door broke within the 1st month and 3 months now its still not fixed. Squat team is always running into someone apartment. Alexandria police basically lives here and still building is terrible!Review from Apartments.com

The office team astounded by creating a community and sees to its needs just because they care. They go above and definitely beyond.
