January 3, 2025I always get voice mail every time i call the office for a service request. most of the time with no response. My daughter usually has to come over and go to the office to make a service request for me since I am disabled.Property Manager Responded

June 3, 2024The exterior of the neighborhood is still very nice. The pool is open year around but somehow, it is never clean, well rarely cleaned. The office staff are nice but never in the office. The neighbors are very friendly and semi-understanding, some seem to not understand that nose is not optional because we are all living and experiencing apartment living. If I am on the top or second floor, your ceiling is my floor, and I cannot stress this enough... The exit gate is always open which takes away ...from us living in a "private community". I still love my apartment, although, I am just not too sure if it's worth the price if you cannot actually enjoy your living experience; a lot can change in 6 months.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
