  • Bad communication good property

    The property is Great however there is no parking and often many cars blare music after quite hours. Also communication with the property management is not very good. I work late so I will utilize the text or email option to address concerns and I never get a correspondence back. I have Tried to file a noise complaint on my neighbors below as they have a barking dog that barks well into the night and I have had videos and everything. I have sent an email three times to management to see if they ...
    could at least provide some feedback as it has affected me and my wife’s sleep for months but I haven’t gotten a response back. Also I came home to find that a work order note was left behind in my home for my garbage disposal. I didn’t order a work order for my garbage disposal when I reached out to staff about the issue with picture proof I got nothing in response and now I am worried that some one was in my house without my knowledge.

    My fiancé and I absolutely loved the property when we were touring and looking at it. Sierra is absolutely amazing and so was Tina. We had looked at other places and this one was perfect as far as travel to work and family goes. We signed our lease early November and have had nothing but issues since. The maintenance guy is cocky and rude, you address an issue and he makes you feel stupid. Most pet owners do NOT pick up their dog poop and one owner just lets her dog out without a leash and on his ...
    own and it poops in the bushes outside of your apartment. Moving in we stepped in multiple piles of dog poop and their solution was to put a doggy station halfway across the complex and not address the situation. Now let’s get to the biggest issue, break-ins. This community in the 1 and a half months i’ve been here has had 3 break-ins. One involving an attempted break-in on my fiancés work truck, and our neighbors car whose ignition was removed and attempted to be stolen. In that process they rummaged through my car leaving it smelling like cigarette smoke and a mess. The company has done NOTHING to make us feel more safe and the residents here are tired of it. Ardent communities is cheap and the staff do not care especially upper management. The only staff member who cares is Sierra and there is nothing she can do besides advocate for us. If you want your stuff broken into all the time, to step in dog poop when you walk outside, and to not have your maintenance issues addressed properly then go ahead and live here but it’s definitely not for me. Ardent/Brynwood do better.
