      The property management wrote the last review. Don't rent from Norris & Stevens or the Courtyard. The manager is NOT friendly and upon move out will charge you for all the dated appliances, screens and old mustard color shower stalls and vanities that are from the 80's and falling apart. RENTER BEWARE! Had to choose one star website would not allow no stars.

      This building has gone through a lot of changes for the good, they have done many upgrades, have really shown interest, and they care. They are keeping up with maintenance, lawn care, and appearance. It is very convenient and close to 3 cities and the cities around have great transportation. This complex has a courtyard with a pool, half basketball court, and a play area unlike many other apt. complexes. It's the perfect neighborhood to have a walk, quiet place, and there is helpful staff ...
