Age Before Beauty
July 28, 2022These apartments are quite charming on the exterior…sadly that does not extend below the surface. They are not well-insulated, windowpanes semi-regularly fall out of unit windows, and the cost of heating and cooling the place is quite expensive (expect $300+ bills in the winter unless you keep it at 60 at all times). While the management is responsive, every solution is a band-aid slapped on much larger problem. Our bathroom door wouldn’t even fully shut when we first moved in, and that was when ...the apartment was presumably “move in ready”.
