The staff are unqualified for half the stuff they do also and they do alot, the apartments are falling apart from the inside out and the maintenance men who live and work onsight try there best but it's never in a timely fashion and they rarely do there job correct when they "fix" something. When I tried letting her know the third time they came to "fix" my dishwasher that it still is leaking she said that I must have been using it wrongly. She refused to have a sit down conversation with Me or even let me know when she would be in the office and seeing that there are no set office hours it's very difficult to adress any issues let alone resolve them. That being said if you can put up with a short tempered manager and staff who don't know what they are doing it might be a perfect place. P.s. the rent has Been being raised every year so that is equally pretty crappy.

raise the rent all you want I know many of us current tenants will move out , This complex will be half empty. If your thinking about renting here I would think twice apparently saving a dollar is more important .
