February 8, 2025The rating is really 4.5 stars due to very minor things that could be found at any complex. A new cast of characters moved into the building, which is a plus that bumped up my rating. Any cons just mostly come from the territory of living Uptown, so it's nothing to deter any future residents from considering moving to Circa Uptown. The staffing does whatever they can do keep/make it a pleasant living experience.Property Manager Responded

January 31, 2025I’ve been living in this apartment for about six months, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is ideal—close to shops, public transport, and parks. The building is well-maintained, with a secure entrance and friendly staff who are always responsive. My unit is spacious, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer, which makes life a lot easier. The only downside is that parking can be a bit tight, especially on ...weekends, but I’ve managed to find a spot most of the time. Noise isn’t an issue; it’s generally quiet, and my neighbors are respectful. The rent is on the higher side, but considering the amenities and location, I think it’s worth it. January 28, 2025Good location, guest parking can be excessive, and always smells like smoke. Most of all floors do not have any kind of soundproofing so if you live anywhere but the 5th floor you will hear your upstairs neighbors every move.Property Manager Responded

January 12, 2025Things that circa says the provided when we signed the lease vs what actually happens: -Free Visitor parking at all times, first come first serve (what actually happens: visitors of guests must now pay $40 on game days when there is a football game. This is not for the benefit of residents but rather a way for them not to have to check that they are actual visitors of residents) -We will continue to update you on elevator reservations”: I can’t even begin to try to count the amount of times the ...elevator has been reserved for moving/construction and there is no update on it being reserved/broken (which btw an elevator breaks here probably once a month and at one point both were broken! If you’re ADA, def don’t move here). I’ve been living here a year and a half now and it has only continued to go downhill. Move here if all that sounds great to you, but man I can’t even begin to imagine what it will be like a year from now.Property Manager Responded
