    Great staff and perfect location if you work in Uptown. If you regularly go to sport events this might be the ultimate apartment for you.

    Only thing this place has going for them is the location. "Beautification" has been going on for about a year now, even though they stated it was going to take a much shorter time. What that entails is a closed pool, closed courtyards, constant noise, constant trash, and one of the garage entrances is almost always blocked with construction equipment. Oh, and you now have to pay $40 per event, per day, to have a guest park in the visitor spot. So, if you have a guest over the weekend (the max ...
    they allow is three days), you could theoretically end up paying $120 for that guest to park there. Events include anything at BoA stadium (usually at least 1 a week) and Truist stadium (up to 5 a week during baseball season)

We understand the construction process can be a difficult one, but we pride ourselves on working through this with our residents in a productive, professional and seamless way. Regarding the parking - our community is so closely located to the local hotspots. In order to protect the integrity of our very large visitor parking area, we do provide low-cost event day parking to all building visitors. We hope you understand that our primary concern lies with the rent-paying residents of our community. Additionally, there is not scenario that would require any visitor here to pay $120 for visitor parking. The price for the individual event days is $40/day, but there are no back-to-back days on the event schedule Hope that helps!

    I love my apartment, the community, and staff. The only problem with the building is on game days. They shut the roads down and won’t let you into the garage even though you live in the building. It’s something management needs to work on with the city.

    Construction has been a bit much and would like to be able to use the pool. Other then that the experience has been great I love the hang out areas and the view from the top deck is amazing!

    the pool was closed for a long time and there's still visibly unfinished work and I got metal in my foot from the previous work, and TVs have no obvious way to work or use. the elevator is always down or shut down with no notice, and the Concierge is often non-existent. Something I asked to have fixed since I moved in still hasn't been addressed. Trash pick up is inconsistent. Renovations have been an eye sore and restrict access to amenities. Gym TVs and work out apps don't work. Pet waste ...
    everywhere.

    Overall I have had a great time while living at Circa Uptown. The apartments are spacious so you dont feel cramped. A highlight is the big closets. The location is close to uptown that you can easily to the center of uptown but still far enough away that you can easily get out of uptown.
