February 8, 2018I have lived here since 1993 and I consider this my home. The complex has gone through some rough time but that is because of bad management. They are no longer here and now we have two amazing and professional women Jo Apt. Mgr. and Jean Asst. Mgr. operating Colonial East. And Tim our Maints. man knows how to do anything and everything. He is very trustworthy. and when he finishes a job you can rest assured it is completed. A nd the ladies in the office try to make all the residents happy ...and secure. Our outside lighting system is excellent and so safe thanks to our management team. I am no longer ashamed of smelly hall carpets and our sidewalks between bldgs. are finished.
