Cortland Galleria is a nice, quiet community. The staff is friendly and maintenance responds to issues in a timely manner.

Great location but subpar in terms of prices/product. Constant noise and maintenance that doesn't actually seem to improve the property. Pet waste in public areas and maintenance requests aren't filled particularly quickly.

I’ve lived here eight years and it is the best community I’ve ever lived in. I have felt safe living here with my teenage daughter. I enjoyed my apartment and was absolutely beautiful on the inside. And the location is great and the maintenance team is awesome.

I love living here ESPECIALLY the leasing office staff are AMAZING I really appreciate how they will literally go ABOVE & BEYOND to help & make sure we as residents are satisfied. I’ve live in apartments before & I’ve never experienced such wonderful people like the staff here at Cortland Galleria and I cannot leave out the maintenance crew as well I appreciate them all. It helps me living here enjoyable & comfortable.

Rate a 3 out of 5. The Smell in the hallways is awful due to trash placed outside in hallways after hours and on weekends. This can cause bug problems,etc. I have a Neighbor very disrespectfu not considerate of others Neigbor is up after 10pm- 1am throughout weekdays by constantly walking/stomping heavily, moving or dragging furniture, dropping heavy items, etc. This has constantly been going on for quite sometime now. However, the staff in the office and maintenance is great. I appreciate all ...
