Bad Experience

My experience was very poor from the lack of maintenance, to having my "assigned" parking spot not being available to the staff not responding to inquiries and the final straw was having them falsely charge me for an extra months' rent. I gave up fighting for it so the best I can do is to warn others to stay away.

they are not returning my deposit after i cancelled my application

They kept my deposit check for $600 after i cancelled my application after no one was available for a tour when i booked the appointment. its been 2 months, everytime i call someone says they will look into it and call back but my money has not been returned. I will be filing a report against them

False advertising

Your advertising does not reflect all info for prospective renter. I think your practices are not ethical. You include the "one month" free rent in the price assuming the potential renter will take on a 6 month lease. Very disappointing and I would not recommend your apartments community to any of my friends.
