April 23, 2025The apartment was very nice in the beginning. With time, I come to notice it was not properly constructed. The doors have gaps, the walls seem to have been repainted and some of the paint has come off. The restroom light fixture needs better wiring as the light flickers randomly. There are always cars without a sticker parked in the resident parking. The community is quiet and the room set up isn’t bad. It’s actually nice.Review from Apartments.com

March 18, 2025The area quiet and there are food options around. Also, you’re roughly 30 minutes from everything. The main issue I had was the extra fees for the main area, trash, etc. were not explained properly regarding how it was to be billed. Also, the tenants above me are always making noises and haven’t stopped even though I complained to the leasing office. Overall, not a bad area but not the best.
