February 11, 2025Once I moved it has been a wonderful place to live. Good community and quiet neighbors. However the move in process was very hard and the staff in the office could have made it a bit easier and tried to work with me a bit more. On move in day, I would have appreciated more details and directions on location of certain things and how some of the services work. October 26, 2024When I did may initial visit to see the apartment complex. I was only shown the apartment layouts, the lounge, gym and pool which were all at the clubhouse office area. I was not shown any other amenities, such as the pet spa/bathing area, the complementary car wash area, the mailbox area, the bicycle storage area or the package pick-up area. The package pick up area is just a big locked room with shelves and a general labeling of where packages for residents of specific building where if ...your luck you might be able to find your package.Property Manager Responded
