December 8, 2021The office staff are phenomenal. They made my transition here about as painless as it can be. The unit is clean and bright and tastefully painted. The kitchen has Tons of storage and while I thought I'd say my favorite part was my new walk in closet (and it's a close second), the truth is I think I'm most impressed by how quiet it is at night here!Review from Apartments.com

October 21, 2021This is a clean, quiet, well maintained building. The staff is kind, helpful, available and very professional. The tenants are peaceful and respectful. March 24, 2021I have lived at Fern Ridge apartments for almost 3 yrs and i have no complaints yet . Apartments are decent i like mine allot. Office staff are nice and helpful . If i were to say anything negative it would be the walls are super thin it took me awhile to adapt to that . Other than that im safe in a good spot close to the mall and other shopping places . Bus stops are close its got what i need . Its not high class living , but its Nice and clean and im content living here for awhile.Property Manager Responded
