The trail begins in downtown Indy and passes through Broad Ripple Village and arrives in Carmel to the north. An urban lifestyle with a small-town feel, Broad Ripple offers various amenities for any busy or laid-back lifestyle. From restaurants, nightclubs, cafes and eateries the possibilities are plentiful and close in proximity. Do you need to get your mind off the chaos? White River is a short walk away with tons of serene nature views to help take your mind off the hustle and bustle. Enjoy night life and the daytime retreats literally out your front door. At Gbloc, a small community of just 8 lofts, residents pay a flat fee for gas, electric, water, trash and high-speed internet. lockers, garage parking, bike storage, fitness center, café food and coffee, office supplies, printer/scanner and common areas are included. This project was made possible a result of the new Envision Broad Ripple initiative, which set forth a plan to improve Broad Ripple Village with more density and a variety of uses that encourage people to live, work and play in this great urban neighborhood. Premium Lofts Unique in Indy
November 17, 2022I love living here, and working out of the co-working space. The loft have high end-modern finishes. It's an Industrial feel unique to Indy. Feels more like a big city space. The building is secure, and steps from the Monon and Broad Ripple Village.They have free continental breakfast daily, management quickly responds to request, and it's a friendly community. Holiday Park is a 10 minute walk from the front door with hiking trails, and the White River close by to escape into nature.Review from Apartments.com
