Best place to live! Landlord cares about the property and you as a tenant! Prices aren’t outrageous and you never have to worry about a thing living here! Going on my second year and I wouldn’t move to another rental property !

Gist Creek Apartments

The apartments are new and fairly big. Each apt comes with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Not everything is cleaned or fixed before move in. Also maitenance problems still need repairs done months after reported. Landlady is very nice, but the office hours doesn't follow what's posted and is usually closed. Neighborhood is very nice and very quiet. There's a playground for kids and a picnic area.
