Great staff, Great Location
June 30, 2024I’ve been a resident here at Grafton for 2.5 years and although there have been new managers, the property is well maintained and the current staff and maintenance are always friendly and wanting to help! Highly recommend living here. It’s also in a great location right off Sawmill and a quick drive to OSU and downtown.Property Manager Responded

Used to be a great place to live
April 20, 2023We lived at Grafton park for almost 6 years with different companies who have managed it. By far the worst company currently owns this complex. We are so happy we moved when we did and no longer have to deal with the loss in amenities being nice, crime, and poor communication. It was great till new management
June 21, 2022Maintainance takes forever like a month or more if they even address the issue. Office hours are only 10-5 on weekdays. Office has trouble answering emails and phone calls. There has been a recent increase in crime. THe office doesn’t know how to process things on their app. Staff is friendly but it probably needs to be at least doubled.Property Manager Responded

First, we would like to apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing recently. We want you to know that we appreciate your feedback. It will allow us to resolve any problems that occur and help us to improve our services. We're pleased to say that we are now fully staffed which mean our follow up to maintenance requests will be completed in a timelier manner. We also announced great news this week on the portal that starting July first the office hours will be Monday-Friday 10am - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 5pm. Birge and Held operate under a zero tolerance for trespassers/solicitors and Management is working diligently to implement the proper resources to limit the unwanted behavior. New management is poor
June 6, 2022Grafton Park used to be a great place to live. Then the property was sold to a new management company, Birge and Held. It’s gone down hill from there. The office is constantly understaffed, don’t bother trying to call them because they will most likely not answer the phone. Maintenance is also severely understaffed. It took 4 days to even get someone to look at my AC when it was 90 degrees out. It was so hot inside my apartment, my dog and I had to find somewhere else to stay until they found the ...time to fix it. Then once it was fixed it broke again two day later. A night and day difference, for the worse, from the old management company. It is clear no one in the company cares because all they do is provide generic excuses and insincere apologies. A great Place to call “Home”
January 18, 2022A great place to call "home". The Leasing team is great, Lindsey & Chloe will always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, The maintenance staff are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I have been living here from 2019 & without any second thought I always renew my Lease with Grafton Park Apartments The ...community is located between bethel & Sawmill road & near to many restaurants, Department Stores, Movie Theatres & Gas Stations. Arguably the best value apartments in the area
December 18, 2021I had to find an apartment quickly while quick selling my home to a cash buyer. I wasn't thrilled about moving into an apartment, but, after visiting a few complexes, I found Grafton Park. Right from the start, they were different from the others and that credit goes to the staff, they were far friendlier and more helpful than the others I had met (and have been great since I have moved in). I have lived here for about a month now and it has been great, I have even had a (small) maintenance ...request that was resolved quickly. The rent is a bit pricey (then again is it ever not?), but compared to the other complexes that I toured in the area, I would argue that Grafton Park has the best value. Great community, great management team
November 15, 2021My family (me, my husband, and three year old moved in in September) and we have had a great experience. The community is well organized and child friendly- my daughter felt very at home very quickly and loves exploring the community. Our apartment was in perfect condition and very easy to move into and make our own. And the community management team is wonderful. There are great community events, and great communication from the management team. They are always very welcome when we come in to ...get packages or ask questions.
