March 28, 2022You may get an "assigned parking spot" but don't count on there to be a property manager or anyone here to actually ENFORCE that. Same thing with Maintenance requests, you may put one in for a time period, but don't expect it to be followed. What you CAN expect: -0 tow enforcement -Unauthorized access to your home given to 3rd party contractors, who go into the wrong apartment by "mistake" due to little to no oversight. -Horrid "Laundry Facility" -Anything involving property management / ...maintenance, GOOD LUCK!! You are on your own, but you do get a voicemail to call into and a leasing office with no one ever in it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not Smoke Free
March 7, 2018These apartments are definitely not smoke-free. People smoke in their units, right outside their doors, and everywhere nearby. There is constant cigarette smoke everywhere all the time. "Smoke free" descriptor needs to be changed.Review from Apartments.com
