Rude Landlord and Customer Service Sucks
February 4, 2018Horrible apartments. My parents have been living here for years and everything is getting old. They only renovate the new rooms. Its dirty; there are cockroaches coming from other neighbors and just disgusting...when my parents call to have something fixed they rudely answer the calls and when they do fix it, it doesn’t get completely fixed. Sometimes they don’t even come and fix the problems. I know for a fact they have such poor customer service because they want the old tenants to move out so ...they can raise the prices for the new people. The new renovated rooms looks nice but eventually the cockroaches from the neighbors apartments will crawl over.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
