Save yourself the headache
March 16, 2021The heat in this building frequently does not work and there is zero communication from the office about it. The main boiler was supposedly replaced back in October, but the heat is still routinely off, often leading up to or during freezing weather. One of the maintenance people recommended just turning my oven on and leaving the door open! If you decide to live here make sure you have a good space heater! Packages get stolen regularly because maintenance doesn't fix broken doors. With the ...pandemic, the leasing office has basically abandoned this building. They don't answer the phones or return voicemails and if you manage to find an email address to send an email to, they ignore those too. The only upside to this apartment building is the location, but dealing with the rude people who live here and the other problems just make it not worth it. So save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
