January 18, 2025The staff is fantastic. The apartment is large but old. The amenities are okay. There's a slight roach issue when it's cold outside but the staff does act quickly. I was thinking of renewing my lease but this was too big of a deterrent for me.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2024The only problem I have is the trash service. This is the second time I put it out and it has not come. I am not sure if I am putting it out at the wrong time. But I put it out on a Thursday before 6pm and it has not been emptied.Review from Apartments.com

June 29, 2024I have no complaints. It’s easily in one of the best areas in Charlotte. Everything is clean and the amenities are great. The sky bridge makes it easy to move between my building and the parking garage. Everything is close by and easy access.Property Manager Responded

March 26, 2024Mosaic was the best choice for me personally. I looked everywhere in South End, and the age of the complex brought the character I was looking for. The staff is SOOO friendly, and answered all of my questions with knowledge. The location is supreme, with it being right on the light rail and a five minute walk from Uptown. Very happy with my decision, and I would recommend to anyone moving to this area.Property Manager Responded
