Very disappointing and frustrating
October 3, 2023Management is very very lazy never get things fixed when it needs to be fixed the just take their time. apartments online are catfish they just paint over everything and it looks horrible! The washing machines are disgusting and they had dirty brown water in them the first couple months I stayed here. It’s never any parking because they have a tiny parking lot and people end up blocking people in. the gym isn’t really a gym they have some weights and a treadmill. the floors in the apartments are ...in bad conditions and they have the cheapest thinnest windows. It is FULL of spiders and roaches and they say they “spray” for bugs every month but I’ve been here for 5 and haven’t seen pest control once. Do not come here and I will be finding a new apartment as soon as I can.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
June 12, 2023Property is filled with rodents & roaches. Garbage scattered all over the grounds. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere safe and quiet to live. I would give 0 stars if i could.Review from Apartments.com
Great apartments
September 29, 2022My experience at New castle lake apartments has been great from day 1. Starting from the great crew in the office and communication to the apartment , I love it . Love the convenience of having laundry room, gym room and dog park is great , saves a lot of time. The spacious and quiet apartments with the lake view are amazing ?. Friendly neighbors and you can feel safe with all day security . Highly recommend to anyone in look of an apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Roaches and lots of turnover
March 23, 2022Roaches...I understand its a tropical state. But no end. Also they are just starting to go up on rent. Its not because of inflation. Thats simply not true. I think they are trying to be luxury but the price is not matching what it actually is. I haven't even been here a year yet and I've seen three property management changes. Wonder why ...Review from Apartments.com
Had To Move because of Climate Gentrification
March 15, 2022After looking at more than 12 places with a realtor, I finally landed on this lake-view property. Literally a lake view from your bedroom/livingroom sliding door. It was Lily who showed me around a few 1/1 units that were available. The initial unit I applied for was no longer available; they work on a first come first serve honor system. However, Lily contacted me and said that she had another unit to show me that I might like just as much. I was so impressed that she actually got up from her ...desk; while we were on the phone talking about the unit's backsplash in the kitchen and bathroom, she places me on hold, runs upstairs to the unit, to confirm the color of the tiles. Going above and beyond...for me and for her leasing office. My final walkthrough was with Marietta who made sure to document those pointed out concerns and within 2weeks all of the listed concerns were addressed. Thank you to the entire office for receiving all my packages and contacting me upon their arrival. Yes! Rent is expensive all-over South Florida at the moment. I was fortunate enough to apply during the promotion period which saved me money to move comfortably. I am still new to the community so there are things that I am still observing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Overpriced.
January 18, 2022Investment firm took over and is only about their profits. They want to charge luxury upscale prices while the units are far from luxury or upscale. The mindset here is that all tennats are replaceable. Rental prices shot up over $350 monthly at the start of the yr, yet there is no added value. Not location nor amneties. Lets not forget the covid is still in full swing. This place is no longer for single income households. Even if u make $20/hr, over 60% of ur monthly income will go to rent ...here. They might aswell be taking food out my kids mouth, cause thats exactly what KVR Investments is doing.Property Manager Responded

The worst place to live!!!
August 14, 2021The place full of roaches, the neighborhood not very safe. And be careful. Always pay on time, never stop paying, leave the apartment clean, and they have not even returned my security deposit. I've been waiting for months, and nobody knows anything. advice I do not recommend living in that place.Review from Apartments.com
not like in pictures
July 26, 2021i had set up an appointment for a viewing which I received a confirmation for morning of. I get to there and the gate is wide open and even looks like it had been crashed into. It feels unsafe and ugly on the outside. Anyway apparently the office was closed even though they gave an option for a tour on Saturday. They basically wasted my time but at least I got to see the area and I decided i wouldn't feel safe living thereReview from Apartments.com

April 6, 2020Don't move here you will regret it!!! Its infested with roaches and rats the management is very rude and unprofessional all they want is your money and they dont want to come fix nothing in the unit the sewer pipes overflow so there is poop and tissue in the parking lot when the pipes are full everything about the apartments are horrible save your time and money!!!Review from Apartments.com
Quite! And relaxing.
December 12, 2019The view it’s self is breath taking after a hard days work. Knowing I work nearly 40+ hours. The landlord(Alena) is super sweet and nice and very responsive to anything needed for my stay. She’s always just a phone call away and never fails to help me in anything!. Best apartments ever!Review from Apartments.com
