Great on the inside
December 11, 2020I love my apartment! The inside is great. Updated kitchen, fireplace, balcony. The reason i give it 3 stars is for the neighbors and the neighborhood. Very loud neighbors blasting music at night. Garbage on the ground. Homeless people going through garbage. If these apartments were in a different area, I’d give 5 stars.Property Manager Responded

Apartments are Great
September 1, 2020Office staff are friendly and welcoming, I've never had a problem with them. The area is also very convenient, there's a trail right behind and various shopping centers within 10min. Maintenance has also been very prompt and efficient. They arrive the same day you call! The only downfall is parking. Past 5pm there are no spaces available.Property Manager Responded

Town dump
August 25, 2017If your looking for cheap, you got it. Trash everywhere, bug infestations (bed bugs in the laundry room), no one picks up after there dog. Horible ever changing managment, lazy maintenance workers. Plumbings always over flowing. No parking and if you find a spot someone will key your car. Management tries towing cars for day old expired tags. Police and firefighters are called in weekly for shoot outs or burning buildings. I strongly advise you to look somewhere else, it's not worth the price.Review from Apartments.com

Rental Rates
August 10, 2015I receive $602 a month from SS and my wife works, her rate is below $15 an hour and our rent is $1350 a month, just went up $100 a month, and this place is really not worth the price and rents in Denver area are constantly going up with no rewards. Our stove has never been fully functional, the apartments were built in the 1980' s. When we first moved in the dishwasher had only on/off switch only and was made in the early 80' s, and didn't even have a port for Jet Dry. The refridgerator was ...just as old, and replaced only after I lost food that went bad week after week. We live pay check to pay check and manage to just hold on..Winning free rent would be such a blessing. I am 70 years old and fear of being in the street, people are being put out of the homes because rent is so high, and the rents go higher every year and this place has no Rec room , fitness equipment, the pools re kept a substandard, level. but the rents go higher and higher...........people are at rental companies and they are hurting all low income families and forcing them out for the all mighty dollar!!!!!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
