Cars are often towed, poor emergency maintenance service
April 22, 2024I live here and my car got towed in my own parking garage, was charged +$200, had to pay for a Lyft ride to get to the tow company office, and missed time from work. Wasted about 3 hours of my morning waiting for the office staff and tow company staff to come into the office in the morning. Office manager told me his car was also towed from the lot. I am unable to receive any reimbursement for the tow. The tow company has the freedom to come into the gated lot any time of day/night they want to ...tow cars. I have seen 3 cars get towed this week alone from the lot. Please stop towing cars. The emergency maintenance line is also useless, if it is after office hours you will have to wait until the following business day.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DO NOT LIVE IN CERTAIN APARTMENTS
October 4, 2022If you’re looking at any of the apartments that are near or face the parking garage on Kingston street- DO NOT LIVE THERE. The parking garage does not have any sound proofing on the ceilings (like most parking garages do) and so any sound is reverberated and comes right into your apartment. INCLUDING the drag racing and the man that power washes the parking garage at least two times a week IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. If you couldn’t sleep through a chainsaw hooked up to an amp chopping down the ...widest tree in the world, you could not, and will not, sleep through this. Make sure you ask for an apartment map and confirm you’re not near this garage If you value your sleep. Also there is no cell phone service in these apartments because of the parking garage so you can’t even call 911 when there is a loud explosion that goes off in the middle of the night.
