I currently lease a two bedroom apartment in the Pavilion at North Grounds complex in Charlottesville, VA. I have been living here for almost two years and absolutely love it. I am looking for a roommate for August 2015 - July 2016. Rent is $850, not including utilities, but does cover water, trash, cable, internet, and access to the building's gym, pool, courtyard, and clubroom. However, this rent is significantly less than what one would get with a new lease from the P@NG, since I have had my lease since 2013. Also, FREE PARKING!! The Pavilion Team takes great care of all its residents and it is definitely concierge living on a student's budget. The available room is 11'9" x 12'3" and then opens up into the shared living, kitchen, and patio area. I am a current Masters of Science student in UVA's Dept of Environmental Science and am looking for a graduate student or young professional to live with, preferably female. No undergrads please. I am very clean and live a pretty busy but quiet life. I love to cook (and drink wine) and use the kitchen frequently. I have two rescue pets: one dog named Riley and a cat named Harper. If you are uneasy around animals, please do not apply. Riley is very well trained and Harper is pretty quiet, unless you have milk. The cat is basically a dairy sniffing hound dog. I will actually be moving out by December 31st of this year and my room will be taken over by another graduate student (UVA Law), but she is also very nice and organized. The majority of the main living area's furniture is mine, but I would be willing to consider leaving some of it behind to avoid moving it. The bedroom does comes with some furniture from the Pavilion (desks, dresser, bookcase). My kitchen is fully stocked but I do plan on taking the majority of these items with me.
