December 10, 2024Location of the penrose is perfect! Workout room is really nice and used daily by guest. They have a few resident events monthly. Garage could be better security-wise.Property Manager Responded

November 12, 2024Not even 1 month into living here, but I am already loving it! Got settled in as quickly as I could and only need a few more household items plus groceries would be helpful! However, I also look forward to trying out the restaurants nearby as I have already been able to try out Wheelz Pizza, The Dumpling Lady, Co-Op, & Pins Mechanical for starters so I haven't made it very far!Property Manager Responded

September 3, 2024Very good so far recently moved in and it looked like no one even lived here before me. Front office very nice and helpful. Only reason it’s getting one less star is the key did not work when I moved in, which was quite a bit of an inconvenience with two dogs in the hallway, but the maintenance man was lovely and tried his best to fix it.Property Manager Responded
