Ceiling collapsing
April 5, 2019This is the third time my apartment complex roof is collapsing. They will not transfer me into another unit. When the maintenance attempts to fix the issue, they leave a complete mess of the unit. And claim they fixed the issue, yet it's reoccurring. The construction has been here for 2 full years and has not shown any improvements. Causing us to drive around the whole neighborhood just to exit. The construction has a contract to build for 10 years. I recommend looking for a more efficient, ...kinder apartment complex. Terrible school has a rating of 2 elementary and all the others are not as great either. They towed my vehicle from the property, and a family members twice.
