March 26, 2025We got a renovated unit and it’s pretty cute! We like the floor plan. The grounds are well kept and the community is nice. Only downside is the fitness room, some machines don’t work. Otherwise, we like it here!Property Manager Responded

March 3, 2025The gym and playground are run down and need work: the gym equipment is broken and there are no free weights. Also, the gym and mailbox room hours are inconvenient if you work a normal 9-5 and have to do errands on the weekend. There is dog poop everywhere. There is a roach problem and maintenance has been slow to process our requests. The move in process was okay but the unit we got was very dirty upon move in and my daughter and I cut our feet on metal shards in the carpets.Review from Apartments.com
